From 2015 Begins… (January 1st, 2015)
Kicking off a new series with a look into our analytics. We examined our ten most viewed posts for 2015, and we will be counting them down as this year ends and a new one begins. We used to have a lot of readers with Tumblr blogs who would share our photos there, leading to a good deal of traffic for us on this site. While that kind of activity has slowed dramatically, we do still have some older photos floating around (with the source miraculously intact), and those old posts bring new visitors.
Looking at our most popular posts was quite enlightening — All ten feature the two of us together, and nearly all of them could be considered X-rated (this one included.) Some are very old, and still being shared on Tumblr. Some are brand new photos from 2015, which is nice to see, since we’re always trying to improve on our work. And others are re-edits of older posts, which makes us feel confident that we can take previously created material and make it even better.
If you rarely or never comment on our posts, please take a moment to do so over the next week or so. We would hate to think that we’re sending posts to unmonitored email addresses, and so we will be eliminating silent subscribers in a year end clean-up measure.
