Don’t be fooled by the decadent leisure time invoked by these images, because we actually had a very productive day. We had been hoping for weeks that Mother Nature would tire of tossing us sub-freezing April curve balls, so that we could buy some new flowers for our beautiful Mexican clay pots. The long-range forecast finally promises traditional Springtime weather for our area, and so Holden and I hit the nursery earlier today and returned with a bounty of colorful plants. Hopefully the adjustment to their new homes will be smooth, and we will have many months ahead to enjoy them. I’m patient enough to wait until later this evening to curl up between my favorite beefy man-legs… ~C
