If you’re planning a visit to Seattle anytime soon, we highly recommend looking for vacation rentals in the Belltown neighborhood. (Ours was at the corner of Battery Street and 2nd Avenue.) Easy walking distance to the Space Needle and Chihuly Garden and Glass in one direction, and Pike Place Market in the other. We can’t guarantee views like this one, of course, but maybe you’ll get lucky? 😉
In other news, Holden and I have found what we hope will be a nice place to shoot a batch of new photos this coming Saturday, so stay tuned for that. I think we only have a couple more vacation outtakes in the queue. Hope your week is going smoothly and that Friday (and our next post) arrives in no time! ~C
Oddly, i don’t think the view would be that nice. ..
We should put a “Your results may vary” disclaimer on our recommendations. 🙂 ~C
Great recommendation and super cute and sexy view. Wow.
Thank you, Marc! We are suckers for the big-time tourist attractions. 🙂 ~C
If they have this view on their website, we’ll take it!
We shot one on the balcony of the Seattle place, and checked the Google Earth image just in case. 😉 ~C
lovely photo
Thanks very much! ~C
My belt is down 😉
Careful with that! It’s to hold your pants up! 😉 ~C
Is it? I was wondering…
Always happy to help!
I am not going unless I get this view! This would get the action going on Trip Advisor though 😉 Delicious x
Wouldn’t that be an interesting location review? We could show what the room actually looks like, but using our pictures. 🙂 ~C
It would prove it was a real review 😉 x
That’s true!
Pretty sure this view alone would get that rental listing a 5-star rating 😉 . Beautiful! And oh…that’s a nice lamp, too…lol.
We’d love to be able to post that summary! As it is, we can only post what we have, and let y’all find it. 🙂 Oh, and I loved those lamps also! ~C
Belltown is a cool neighborhood, how did you like Chihuly?
LOVED Chihuly! The glasswork was gorgeous, and the layout of the exhibits was perfect. We were fortunate to see some of his work again, when we had a touring exhibit at our local botanical garden later that year. 🙂
