Overload

When I saw this colorful artwork in our Texas Airbnb, I was immediately thankful that I’d packed these socks for the trip! (Longtime readers may recall that we have used these same socks to experiment with complimentary elements before.) As I stood next to the wooden pieces, however, I wondered aloud if all these horizontal lines were going to end up being an assault on the eyeballs. “Nah,” Holden reassured me, “your stripes are in black and white, so it will be a kind of visual break. Plus, you know, there’s nudity.” So here you have the result, in all its unfiltered glory! ~C

I love this picture! Something about the colors in the wood really caught my eye. Plus, you know, there’s nudity.πŸ˜‰

We would be honored! Though an in-person performance would surely be more memorable. πŸ˜‰ ~C

Thank you very much! This one was fun to conceptualize and create! πŸ™‚ Dear Hunter must be in a near constant state of arousal, on account of his lovely wife! ~C

Everything about this image is gorgeous! These socks add an extra visual element…without being overbearing. Solid colored socks would’ve been overwhelmed by the artwork. Good choice! Love the pose, as well!

Thank you! We knew we needed to use this artwork somehow, in a photo, and I’m glad we made good editorial choices! πŸ™‚ ~C
