Happy weekend, guys! We’re staying in the way-back machine for this evening’s post, exploring a couple of early attempts at the artsy-fartsy. The above was taken on the balcony of a hotel room in Nashville TN, the weekend after the class reunion that provided one of last week’s photos. The bottom one was shot a few months later, in October of 2012, and was an effort to duplicate a professional erotic image we’d found. Why we chose to shoot it on the ugliest piece of furniture in our house remains a mystery. ~C

Breathtaking.. beautiful play with light
Thank you! We were always looking for unique opportunities, back in the day! 🙂 ~C
I love the creativity 😍
It only highlights your beauty!
That’s very kind of you! Thanks! 🙂 ~C
Gorgeous images, and i often describe my work as Art with a Capital F 😉 x
Thank you very kindly! Nothing wrong with dropping a few capital F’s! 😉 ~C
Indeed not 🙂 x
The aesthetic of the first shot is wonderful, and the second seems to appeal to something not quite as… cerebral. Just, wow. 😉
We appreciate the kind words! Something about those stripes appealed to us, back in Nashville. 🙂 The other was far more simple. ~C
Both photos are very striking.
Thanks for sharing them.
You’re very welcome! It’s been a fun trip through the ancient archives! 🙂 ~C
I think we all have an “ugliest” piece of furniture in our homes. In your case, at least your chair has a gorgeous lady on it.
How sweet of you, Kerri! At least we can say that we inherited this ugly chair, when the previous owners chose not to take it with them when they moved. I wonder why…? 😉 ~C
