This might have been the biggest oversight of all, in posting so many of the original studio images in black and white: The giant sparkling foam phallus was gold! We saw it again, on subsequent trips to the studio, in a storage closet, so we can only assume it survived until the closing. We hope there weren’t any fistfights over custody of it when they left for good. We’ll do one more studio retrospective next week.
