By Any Other Name

We hope 2023 is treating y’all well, so far! Our opening week was quite peaceful, especially when compared to December, so it was a good chance to look ahead and talk together about some plans for the new year.

We only have a few more outtakes to share from the brief June 2018 hotel stay, but I was eager to see what this setting would look like in black and white. For a couple of standard-issue bedside lamps, the two in this room put out some delightfully flattering light, or maybe we were just lucky with the time of day that we took these. Either way, it was worth dealing with the odd ceiling angle to stand beside the headboard for the shots and, as usual, Holden made all the right suggestions for poses. I even remembered to accessorize! ~C
