Our Scrabble board is a well-traveled symbol of the merciless constraints of time. Holden carried it along for our shoot with Scarlett, and then packed it among our supplies again when we shot with Megan. Both times, however, we had to wrap our sessions prematurely and failed to get to it. He wasn’t keen on taking a third strike, so the game board ideas were listed near the top of his schedule for Rena and me. While he was still perched in sock-feet on the slippery coffee table, she and I shared a toast to celebrate the achievement. We’ll have another pair to share later, from ground level.
[Side note: Rena got quite a giggle out of Holden’s hyper-preparedness for this setting. He’d pre-selected the tiles for the words he wanted to spell on the board and in the racks, and isolated them in a sandwich bag so that he wouldn’t have to find them again when we were on location. Seeing this, she knew she was in good hands. ~C]
lovely photos soomething about great legs in over the knee socks that makes me wggle.
Thanks so much! Rena and I agree completely! 🙂 ~C
Super photos and I appreciate Holden work behind the scenes along with the prep work.
Wow
Thank you! We had a big advantage, in that there were several weeks between Rena coming on board and the actual session, so we had ample time to plan. 🙂 ~C
🔥🔥🔥🔥 ….I always get crushed whenever I play scrabble…made up words aren’t allowed I fortunately.
Unfortunately..
Oh, we were far more entertained by the typo (?) identifying you as “Mr. Boo”! Or was that a nod to Halloween…? 😉 ~C
A typo…but Mr Boo it is for October
An excellent call! 🙂
