Happy weekend, everyone! We’ve gotten a lot of mileage out of a couple of Christmas gifts from Holden to me — with more to come — so I wanted to highlight one gift in particular that I got for him. I’d spent some time away during the holidays last fall and, while I was gone, he had not one but two unfortunate incidents with flat tires on our car. Fortunately it was in our garage both times, but I got to thinking about what might happen if his buzzard’s luck should strike while he was on the road somewhere. So I put together some portable roadside emergency items (miniature air compressor, etc), including these LED flashlight gloves.
Thank heavens we haven’t had to use them on the road yet, and in the meantime I’ve discovered how handy they can be with my new hobby of making bead jewelry. It’s always nice to have a little extra light on the subject, when fiddling about after sunset, and depending upon which tool you’re wielding, you often don’t even notice the gloves while going about your business! ~C
Sorry to learn about Holden’s vehicle adventures. Flat tires can be a real inconvenience.
Cute too and bottom.
Very creative with your choice of gifts too.
Thanks so much! I’m just glad he was home, both times. It’s so much easier to change a tire on a flat surface with a roof over your head! 🙂 ~C
Excellent idea! I love how you’ve put them to good use.
I am nothing if not resourceful! 🙂 ~C
I need a pair of those gloves!
Everyone does! 🙂 ~C
Best vibe on the market! Great photo as always
And I’m a wizard with my wand! Thank you! 😉 ~C
