When Holden was wig shopping for me before Christmas 2023, he wanted very much to get a blonde one and a red one. He was particular about the color, seeking out a natural looking ginger shade, but he kept finding only bright Raggedy Ann reds or odd-looking dark burgundies. Thankfully, he didn’t give up, and put this beautiful piece under the tree for me this past December. Knowing my need for some new loungewear, he had far less trouble selecting a comfy forest green pajama set. When it came time to shoot the holiday goodies, I thought, “What looks better on a redhead than something green?” So back to the kitchen we went, in search of the perfect lighting. ~C
