Welcome to the new batch, y’all! We’re leading off with a couple of the final shots we took in our session on August 2nd. Holden had two fresh ideas for pictures in the tub, and he was wise enough to schedule them for the very end. I am loathe to get wet, dry off, and then start up again with another wardrobe change, and he is well aware. So once we were satisfied with these, I peeled off the wet blouse and settled back down into the water while he headed off to download the goods. He even freshened my beverage for me. What a guy, right?
Next week will be a busy one on campus, so I’m flying back to help with student orientation and a welcome luncheon. I’ll only be gone a few days, but one of them will be my birthday. Really bummed about being away from home for it, but we’ll celebrate before I go. And it’ll be good to see the students and staff in person, instead of confined to my laptop screen. Wish me luck with the travel, though, ’cause my quick trip back in June had flight delays aplenty! Not looking forward to a repeat of that disaster. ~C
