LOL… No. The high temperatures for our little corner of Texas are projected to be in the upper 70s on the 24th and 25th so, yeah, no snow. But could I perhaps interest you in a Blonde Christmas, instead? I really liked these shots, and I was excited to do something more classy and traditional in the wake of last week’s outside-the-box images. I wasn’t even sure if the Santa hat would fit over the wig, but Holden assured me that it looked great through his lens.
And in case you were wondering, yes, it’s the same tree that we bought several years ago and that has appeared in dozens of other Christmas photos in the past. Its box was one of the first ones we loaded onto the U-Haul truck in Georgia, since it was so big and sturdy that other things could be stacked on top of it. We kept our first Texas holiday decorating to a minimum this year, given how little we brought with us, but I’m eager to make some additions for next year.
