Taken on July 3rd, 2012, during our Independence Day holiday. It was entirely too hot, as we recall, to go outside and pose with real flowers. And it would be another year before we thought to travel down to the lake house for some secluded outdoor photography.

We spent our 6th anniversary in a quirky little hotel in Nashville, alternately playing with our brand new camera and with each other. And often both at the same time. This other bit of whimsy was probably our favorite creation of the evening.
