In planning Saturday evening’s shoot, we once again spent a good deal of our preparation time with Amanda’s Tumblr archive, searching for ideas and inspiration. And once again, we were simultaneously humbled and motivated.
The bottom photo in this pairing was Holden’s idea — He wanted to try a couple of additional poses, since he’d put in considerable effort to get the background ready. But the top shot was the primary objective. We fell in love immediately with the image that it prompted, and just had to give it a try ourselves. The original gem features the magnificent Miranda Kerr, photographed by Mario Testino for British GQ (scroll down a bit to find it.) We are proud to lead off with these two… ~C
Cute with the baby Orca. Love the first one, looks like an underwater shot with the little whale swimming by a Mermaid. Actually, I think the Mermaids bottom would be covered, so I guess it’s good she’s not a Mermaid.

Miranda Kerr has nothing on you, sweet Camille, as she is young and proud of her youthful beauty and you are a mature woman, just as beautiful but with the merit of experience. I doubt she will do that pose when older, but you bring it off wonderfully well x
