Finishing off the San Diego photos in the same spot where they began. We will kick off the Seattle shots tomorrow, and we are more than a little bit excited about them! We had more time to plan for those, and we had managed to mine the Internets for photo inspiration, so we hope they will be better received than these posts have been. Y’all have been so quiet!
The additional photos will stay in California for a while longer, though, due to the sheer volume of pictures we took there. We wish the elephants had moved closer for us, but it was lunch time.

We were carrying our little point-and-shoot camera, since we don’t take our good one into zoos, amusement parks or other such places, and so we didn’t have the best zooming capabilities. But the elephants were beautiful, just the same!
