I was so looking forward to my long and indulgent bath on New Year’s Day, as the final setting for our planned photo shoot. The fragrant bath bomb I was saving from Christmas was yet another perk, and I love the color it added to the water. It’s been a while since we did a three photo set for a post, but there are so many great details in these that we wanted to publish all three. For example, I’m as fond of Holden’s reflection in the bottom right corner of the top photo as he is of my “Butt-Cheek Island” in the third one. Both of us like the middle one the best, though. ~C
Love how that water looks. Reminds me of the images of the water around Thailand that I was viewing yesterday. Beautiful and scenic! The ‘Isle of Camille’ in the 3rd image looks like a good vacation spot. I might be checking Expedia later 😉
We feel the same way about the water — It had us re-thinking our 2019 vacation plans and looking into someplace more…tropical. And it is our fondest wish to be able to open a small bed-and-breakfast on Butt-Cheek Island! 😉 ~C
