See, I told y’all I was going to get Holden in front of the camera during this shoot! And all I had to do was take off my top and bring him some wine. Clearly I’m not the only one playing around with new hairstyles lately, though he came by his naturally. There’s nothing quite like a silver fox, is there, ladies?
These were the first of the photos we took at the Airbnb that include both of us, meaning we used the tripod and the remote for them. And I don’t mind telling you that we were way out of practice, since it had been nearly FIVE YEARS since we last shot photos this way. (Yes, it’s true. It was all solo photos of me in the weeks leading up to our hiatus, and either solos of me, or Rena and me, since we started shooting again.) It took forever to get us both lined up the right way. And we actually shot a few “hair down” photos in a different room, but none of those came out very well. Maybe they’ll show up as outtakes later on? ~C
P.S. We’ve determined that we do, in fact, have 16 pairs of photos from the epic January 27 session, so we’ll be publishing an additional post every other Wednesday, starting this coming week. So that’s good news!
