Happy Friday, y’all!
Holden teases me constantly about my little head lamp. (“How’s your canary feeling, Miss Coal Miner?”) That is, of course, until it comes in handy, like replacing a tiny screw in his eyeglasses, or twisting wires together to install a light fixture on a dark wall. Or when he wants to experiment with single-light-source photos in a pitch black house. As usual, I got the last laugh, since I’m the one who is looking angelic with the halo of light above me!
Have a great weekend, everyone! And if you’re celebrating Easter or Passover, we hope your holiday is memorable! ~C
All sorts of hot. Phew! π
Thanks, guys! We are surprised these turned out so well, given our limited skills with low-light shooting. We are hoping that the next ones in this series will look good, too! ~C
Stunning photo Camille . . . and gorgeously angelic !!!

Thank you so much! The halo effect didn’t occur to me at the time I was posing, but that detail made me laugh out loud when I saw the photos! π ~C
Love the warmth and texture of the color shot.
Methinks one of H in the same pose would be nice as well.
That’s a great idea! I’ll see if I can talk him into it… π ~C
I often feel that us poets are caught between “Fiat Lux” and “Lux Facta Est” but we’d be happier with a beautiful naked woman at the end of the light π Gorgeous photos π x
You prompted us to search “let there be light” in our post titles and we found that we haven’t used that one. Considering our upcoming images, we may just have to employ it! π Glad you liked these! ~C
Those “light” words from antiquity do keep popping up in modern thoughts π I look forward to seeing what you do with them–oh and Happy Easter to you both π xx
Thank you very much! We had a big busy Sunday with family and friends. π Hope you had a lovely Easter, too! ~C
These angelic pics inspire the urge to kneel, perhaps for “communion”…
