Hide and Seek

Just as we expected, going back to work today after ten consecutive days off was a challenge for us. Fortunately, we were able to check office emails from time to time while we were away, and to help head off any major catastrophes before they became the kind of ongoing issue that would have to be tackled upon our return.

Our Texas rental, while lovely and well-appointed on the inside, had the added bonus of a small but private back yard, so we were eager to turn on the porch lights after dark to see what kind of images we could capture. We only shot a few, however, as we had both forgotten that Texas has bugs that are the size of small birds! ~C

    1. Thank you very kindly! There was bug spray in the rental, but I didn’t want to get all stinky before bedtime. πŸ˜‰ ~C

    1. I’m okay with dodging ’em and shooing ’em off, but if one of those fuckers lands in my hair I am DONE. Later, I’m going inside! πŸ™‚ ~C
