We would love to hear your thoughts on the color version versus the black-and-white one, as we simply couldn’t decide and posted both. (For the record, the gentle filter we applied is the same for both photos.)

I prefer the color version of this shot – I want to reach out and touch Camille’s warmth.

They are both stunning but definitely the color! It has so much depth and emotion! This could be displayed as art! Love it!

I think I prefer the colored photo- appears warmer due the orange fabric. Beautiful!

  I love it, too! A student brought it back from China for me, and I use it as an accent piece for otherwise color-less outfits. (This is the first time I’ve worn ONLY the scarf.)

Although I typically do not care for black and white as much as color, I think I like the black and white version. If Camille is the subject, I’d love it even if it was drawn in crayon.

  You are SUCH a sweetheart, Kerri! We are fond of both, but since we posted nothing but black-and-white during our “early period,” we are always on the lookout for photos that work better without color. (Tomorrow night’s post, for example.)

The orange of the scarf is so lovely and sets off Camille’s skin so wonderfully that I have to vote for the colour too 🙂 x
