Tending to my lovely Valentine’s Day floral arrangement (2014).
Holden & I have returned home from a truly wonderful four-day weekend trip, in celebration of my 46th birthday last Thursday. He was so thoughtful in planning activities for us, and careful not to schedule so many that we would be rushed. Quiet time for ourselves is just as important as sight-seeing. As we do, we have completed all of our usual weekend chores (groceries, laundry, etc) in short order, and we have retired to the living room for the evening. We took several dozen photos in — and outside of! — our hotel room during the trip, and we are anxious to give them a thorough examination this evening to choose the best ones.
