And so, the four-day holiday weekend is drawing to a close. We are pleased with the balance we were able to strike, between quiet time with family and using the hours away from the office to get things done around the house. We may have overdone it a little today, though, after sleeping in a little longer than we had planned and awakening to face the reality of only having one more day to check some items off of our lists. Battling a little soreness this evening, though it’s likely nothing that an amusing cabernet couldn’t handle. Still, I do wish I were back at the cabin and soaking in the nice warm tub… ~C
