Sidetracked

Last Saturday, January 16: We were only blessed with a short time available to shoot, but we had a couple of solid ideas (last night’s map photos, for one.) Moving quickly from one location to another, Holden came to a dead stop when he saw how the hazy sunshine was lighting our foyer, in the moments just before sunset. So here I am, not dressed for any photo idea in particular — black stockings and a peach sweater — and doing my best to give him some interesting poses to capture. ~C

I for one am grateful Holden has such an eye for potentially beautiful shots. They are amazing to watch, always a treat!
