I woke up this morning far from home, far from him, and with the knowledge that this condition will last for another two weeks. I am visiting family and assisting as best as I can with an ongoing medical issue. I’m happy to help, and heaven knows I have the available time off from work, but this stretch will be twice as long as our previous record for nights spent apart. I already hate it. Must stay busy…Must stay busy… ~C
