Opening Day is tomorrow, y’all! It’s such a magical occasion — Up until the first of the day’s games are over, everyone is undefeated and every fan’s heart is full of optimism and promise. Even if you know your team has no chance at the World Series, there’s still a rookie phenom or that shiny new free agent acquisition to watch, and dream of better days in the future. I’ll be donning a glove this weekend, myself, since an impromptu softball game always seems to break out after the family’s Easter dinner. But for the next several months, I’ll be cheering on my favorite boys of summer! ~C
