The Himalayan salt lamp craze was in full effect late last year, so I bought one to give as a Dirty Santa gift at Christmas, and another one to keep for myself. I never believed the hyped stories about their supposed health benefits, but I did think they were beautiful and a unique source of soft light. Since we are doing everything we can to arrange photo shoots during the daylight hours, we had forgotten to experiment with how the lamp might work in an image. I definitely like this effect even better than that candle from last October. ~C

I like how your salt lamp is making me feel right now. Naaah…it has nothing to do with the lamp 😉
Oh, now, don’t insult my lamp, Hunter! 😉 ~C
Almost mystical, Camille, brings to mind something Egyptian.
Those pyramids do have some power! ~C
Love the use of lamp.
It makes your skin glow.
I do see three peaks, two are very sexy.
Thank you, Marc! We already have a few more planned with the lamp — It will be tough waiting for nightfall, though. ~C
Lamp? Is there a lamp somewhere in the photo? Like others, I’m totally focused on those beautiful sexy breasts …
🙂 ~C
I like this effect more than the candle, too! It’s softer with less distortion. Nice looking lamp.
Since this one turned out so well, I’ll definitely have to see what else I can light up with it! ~C
I love this photo, and I think you may have unlocked the last secret of the Great Pyramid at Giza 😉 x
I’m glad you liked the photo, but I hope I didn’t inadvertently release some sort of demonic mummy! ~C
Could be another photo opportunity? 😉 x
“And for this photo with Ammit, I decided to wear thigh-high socks and little yellow bralette…” 😉 ~C
“…which chimed so well with the off-white bandages spiralling off his decaying body…” 😉
We may be onto something here! 🙂 ~C
Is that the pyramid of King Tit? Love how the light shines on your lovely breasts. Great picture!
LOL at King Tit! Thank you for the belly laugh! And I’m glad you liked the shot. 🙂 ~C
