I was pleasantly surprised to see how comfortable and relaxed Rena and I appear in these shots, considering they were the first ones that were taken that day. I changed into my nightie after helping her with her mask — Holden insisted on a few more photos with me in my new white ribbed top — while he popped popcorn and set up his light. The nervous energy and munchies were real: We were mealing on the snacks so hard that he had to remind us he wasn’t shooting video and we needed to be still for the pictures. Rena and I staged a minor rebellion, which we’ll share at the end of the series. Until then, have a lovely weekend, everyone! More to come on Wednesday… ~C

Even better than a movie — We found a channel that plays old music videos! “Thriller” was on, during these shots, which I think explains both the inability to sit still and the ravenous shoveling of popcorn. 😉 ~C
