So sorry that we’re a day late — and thanks to our income tax filing, also a dollar short — with this weekend’s post. Friday and Saturday brought several hours of unexpected grandparent duty. Which we were more than happy to do, of course, but the time we’d set aside for photo editing and caption creation were suddenly replaced by game playing and milkshake runs, and we never quite got back into the mindset. And y’all, those little boys wear us out!
Anyway, these were taken on our back porch, as you could probably guess, and based on an idea we got while browsing Tumblr a couple of weeks ago. It won’t be long before our anniversary trip, where outdoor wine like this will come with beautiful views of the beach! We’re both counting the days… ~C
