He’s never been an ass about it, for which I give him credit, but I know Holden has been disappointed that I haven’t had my nails done in quite some time. Knowing it was important to him, however, I made time to keep an appointment prior to our trip. So, if you’re not a fan of feet, I apologize for this one (and for another one to come.) But he was eager to shoot them, and what better backdrop than the dunes and the breaking surf?
We won’t be posting G-rated companion shots for all of the vacation images, since some will be published in pairs like you’re used to, but the bottom photo is an accurate representation of the view from our balcony on nearly every morning of our trip. Hazy sunshine and high tide, though the clouds broke up in the afternoon just about every day, so most of our beach time came after lunch during the week. And in this one, my feet aren’t in the way… 😉 ~C
