Caught this one of Holden touching up my toes, just before we got a new shoot started on New Year’s Day. It was fairly typical of our most successful sessions: Businesslike and efficient at the beginning, working off of a shot list and a wardrobe plan, then spiraling into silliness and passion and improvisation when we brought the tripod to the bedside for some action shots.

All kidding aside, doing up one’s own toes can actually become painful, so it is very sweet to get some help in that department, isn’t it?
Oh, I LOVE getting assistance with my nail polish! I’m always putting my feet in his lap, so this is a very natural position. 😉 ~C
