There are a couple dozen items on our holiday weekend to-do list, and today we accomplished approximately none of them. Instead, we teamed up on creating plausible excuses for ourselves: still tired from yesterday…still two days left before Monday…we don’t really have to do x, y, or z…we did get all of our pre-planning done, so that’s something…et cetera. Oh, well, tomorrow is another day! ~C

I love getting things done, but nothing is more satisfying than spending our entire day just “being” together…those days are NEVER regretted!!

Thank you, dear! Black Friday kicks off the most busy period that Holden has at his job, so we enjoyed taking some “down time” together today. We will be missing each other soon enough… ~C
